aft bis, rushed back to mde office & cont wif e assignment... halfway thru, e lec had to go off for an appt wif another lec & she left us to do it by ourselves... so we stayed at e office till 5 plus & e rest of them went to e lib to complete their assignment whereas chien yen & i went to convention underpass to finish up... didn't tk a single bite fr tis morning when i left for sch till tat time so chien yen asked me to grab a bite in case my gastric act up again... went to canteen 1 & charmaine acc me for dinner... thks gal! had my fav chicken rice wif cheese sausage & drank apple tea, nt exactly my fav drink... then bought another choc pancake fr e canteen cos stil felt a little hungry... aft tat i went back to convention underpass whereas charmaine went back to music rm... chien yen finished all e codes... thks gal! so sry tat i didn't contribute much... felt quite bad... :(
left sch at 7 plus... was supposed to meet shizhen to gt fr her my present bt she didn't come... called her alot of times bt she was uncontactable... so i decided to head hm... by e time i reached boon lay, it was almost 8.45pm... took a slow stroll hm & while on e way hm, an idea came to my mind, tat is, i'm gonna mk it a point to go for a jog every nite... gotta implement a healthy lifestyle & of course burn out all e fats tat i obtain fr consuming all e new yr goodies... haha... anyway, all these really tks discipline... yeah...
reached hm almost 9pm & told my mum abt my plan... asked her if she wants to acc me for e jog as well... so in e end she agreed & we changed & went down at 9.15pm... had a great time of workout & i jogged 3 rounds... did warm-up b4 & aft jogging... felt much more refreshed... came hm half an hr ltr... took a rest, cooled down, drank lotsa water then went to tk a gd shower... nw feeling so fresh! in fact, dun feel tired at all... watched a bit of tv, some detective show, & came online... update my entry for tday... gonna print out my codes & stuff soon, bt wil also b slping early as i wanna cultivate e habit of slping early & waking up early e next day! aim to wk up at 8 plus tmr morning & pack breakfast hm... hehe... gotta keep up tis healthy cycle! i strongly believe tis can b done! amen! :)
well... tk tis as a form of de-stress bah... final exams r nearing... nw i noe of a great way to counter-attack tiredness & stress, tat is to go for a jog whenever i feel tired or stressful... u guys can try it out too... :)
uncle's coming over tmr at 10.30am to help me wif my evp revision... sorta tutoring me for tis module... hopefully i can gt gd grades tis sem... nonono, shldn't b saying: hopefully... rather, it shld b: i believe! haf a gd nite's rest guys... :)
